Distribution : Japan (Ryukyus), northern Taiwan; sandy places at the coast.

 

 

Description (by 't Hart & Bleij in IHSP, 2003) :

 

Without subterranean tubers.

 

Leaves ± 5 mm.

 

Inflorescences : Flowering branches ascending, short, inflorescences usually 1-flowered.
