WRIGHTII SSP. PRISCUM R.T.Clausen, 1979

 

Distribution : USA (New Mexico : Sacramento Mts.); 2500 - 2560 m.

 

 

Differs from ssp. wrightii :

 

Cymes with ± 14 flowers.

 

Flowers 1,1 – 3,7 mm pedicellate, sepals ± 4 mm, petals ± 6 mm.

 

 

Ray Stephenson (Sedum, Cultivated Stonecrops, 1994, p 264) :

 

Sedum wrightii ssp. priscum Clausen may have entered collections. It is a diploid from New Mexico, vegetatively midway between the other two subspecies, with noticeable pedicels.
