Distribution : Confined to the western part of the Richtersveld in the Northern Cape Province and to adjacent Namibia on both sides of the lower Orange River.
A very variable species with several local forms, but since these are intergrading, they are difficult to classify formally.

Distribution : cantonné à la partie occidentale du Richtersveld (Cap-Nord), ainsi qu'à la Namibie du Sud, des deux côtés du cours inférieur de l'Orange.
Une espèce très variable, avec de nombreuses formes locales, mais comme elles se chevauchent, il est difficile de les classer clairement.
