Distribution : SA (Northern Cape); Succulent Karoo on the Namaqualand escarpment.
Description (by E. van Jaarsveld in IHSP, 2003) :
Low sparingly branched succulents 4 - 6 cm tall with spreading. to decumbent branches to 17 cm with grey-black oblong phyllopodia 5 - 6 x 2 - 3 mm
Leaves flat, green, obovate to oblanceolate, 4 - 10 x 2.3 - 3.5 cm, upper face concave, lower face convex, base cuneate, apex obtuse or acute.
Inflorescences thyrses to 75 cm with 2 - 3 ascending monochasia each with 5 - 10 yellowish-green spreading to ± nutant flowers.
Flowers : Corolla 14 – 18 mm, campanulate, glandular-hairy, petals white, recurved.

Plante succulente basse modérément ramifiée, haute de 4 - 6 cm, à branches écartées ou décombantes de 17 cm, avec phyllopodia oblongs gris-noir de 5 - 6 x 2 - 3 mm.
Feuilles plates, vertes, obovales à oblancéolées, 4 - 10 x 2,3 - 3,5 cm, dessus concave, dessous convexe, base cunée, apex obtus ou aigu.
Inflorescences : Thyrses atteignant 75 cm, portant 2 - 3 monochasia ascendants, chacun avec 5 - 10 fleurs vert jaunâtre écartées à ± inclinées.
Fleurs : Corolle 14 – 18 mm, campanulée, avec poils glandulifères, pétales blancs, recourbés.
Période de floraison : Milieu d'été.
