Distribution : Bhutan. 

Description (according to H. Ohba in IHSP, 2003) :

Dioecious, 0.5 - 2.5 cm taIl. 

Rhizomes 5 – 15 mm in diameter at the tip.

Flowering stems densely papiIlate.

Leaves 5 - 8, aggregated towards the stem tip, obovate to suborbiculate or fan-shaped, 3 - 7 mm long and wide, tip round or acutish, base abruptly attenuate, lower face papiIlate, margin thickened pale green (± 0.5 mm broad), petioles ± 7 mm.

Inflorescences 3- to 20-flowered, pedicels < 1 mm.

FIowers (male) 4-merous, sepals elliptic, 2.5 mm, marginate, petals ovate, slightly shorter than the sepals, reddish, stamens ± 1 mm.

This might be the male plant of R. atsaensis.
