Synonyms :

Sedum phariense  Ohba (1973) / Rhodiola phariensis  (Ohba) S.H.Fu (1980)

Distribution : Southern Tibet.

Differs from ssp. purpureoviridis:

Flowering stems 10 - 25 cm tall, glabrous, nearly smooth or inconspicuously papillate.

Leaves sessile, elliptic to narrowly ovate, 1 - 2.5 cm x 4 - 9 mm, tip round or obtuse, base round or cordate, margin serrate.

Flowers : Sepals ascending or suberect, petals green with deep purplish-red stripes.

Differs primarily by the smooth or inconspicuously papillate flowering stems and the somewhat narrower leaves.
