MODESTA var. LINEARIFOLIA (Jansson) Eggli, 1988

Synonym : Rosularia adenotricha ssp. linearifolia  Jansson (1970)

Distribution: Central, southern and eastern Afghanistan, isolated in south-eastern Iran, 1000 - 3000 m.

Differs from var. modesta :

Rosettes smaller, 1 – 2 cm in diameter, flattish.

Leaves linear-oblong with rounded apex, 8 - 21 x 1 - 3 mm, glabrous except upper part of lamina, margins with scattered cilia and glandular hairs.
