Section Kalanchoe

Distribution : Vietnam (Annam-Region).

Description (according to B. Descoings in IHSP, 2003) :

Perennials (?) to 50 cm high and more.

Leaves petiolate, petiole terete, widened to the base and amplexicaul, ± 4 cm, lamina ovate-oblong to linear-lanceolate, 8 - 10 x 0.7 - 5 cm, tip obtuse, acuminate, base truncate to abruptly attenuate, margins dentate-crenate.

Inflorescences corymbose, ± 5 cm wide, pedicels 4 - 5 mm.

Flowers erect, orange, calyx divided to the base, sepals ovate-oblong, acuminate, ± 5 x 2 mm, corolla tube widened and 4-angled at the base, 12 – 14 mm, petals lanceolate, acute, ± 6 x 3 mm, stamens inserted above the middle of the corolla tube, exserted.

Insufficiently known and probably close to K. lanceolata.

Plante vivace (?) atteignant 50 cm de haut ou plus.

Feuilles pétiolées, pétiole de section ronde, élargi à la base et amplexicaule, ± 4 cm, limbe ovale-oblong à linéaire-lancéolé, 8 - 10 x 0,7 - 5 cm, extrémité obtuse, acuminée, base tronquée à brusquement atténuée, marges dentées-crénelées.

Inflorescences en corymbes, ± 5 cm de large, pédicelles de 4 - 5 mm.

Fleurs dressées, orange, calice divisé à la base, sépales ovales-oblongs, acuminés, ± 5 x 2 mm, corolle tube élargi et quadrangulaire à la base, 12 – 14 mm, pétales lancéolés, aigus, ± 6 x 3 mm, étamines insérées au-dessus du milieu du tube corollaire, dépassant.

Insuffisamment connue et probablement proche de K. lanceolata.
