Hybrid by Ed Hummel of Inglewood and Carlsbad, CA.

Named by Eric Walther in CSJA 25: 20. 1953 (misspelt as “S. hummellii”).

According to the European Gardenflora, IV, 1995, x Sedeveria ‘Alidaea’ is the same cultivar.

Note :

For some years this plant has been distributed as xSedeveria ‘Yellow Humbert’, an obsolete name published in a catalogue of Abbey Brooke Nursery, UK.
