Etym: Named for David Bramwell (1942- ).

Short description (according to Praeger, 1929) :

Plant subcaespitose.

Stems slender, very short, much branched.

Rosette 3 - 4 cm in diameter, open, almost flat.

Leaves brilliant green, obovate-spatulate, fleshy, 2 - 2.5 x 1 - 1.5 cm, apiculate, glabrous, margins green with greenish pellucid mammillae.
