PSEUDOHEMISPHAERICA H.-C.Friedrich, 1960 (engl./ fr.)
Distribution : S Namibia, SA (Northern Cape, N Western Cape)
Description (by E. van Jaarsveld in IHSP, 2003) :
Sparingly branched decumbent to erect compact herbs forming small clusters to 20 cm tall (when flowering).
Roots fibrous.
Leaves 8 – 45 x 10 – 50 mm, flat, 4-ranked, obovate to orbicular, tightly imbricate and forming net globose bodies, green to yellowish-green, spotted, margins ciliate, tip rounded.
Inflorescences terminal elongated thyrses with numerous dichasia, peduncle to 25 cm.
Flowers : Sepals oblong-triangular, to 3 mm, corolla yellowish, tubular, to 5 mm, petals shortly fused at the base, to 4 mm, oblong-oblanceolate, spreading and becoming recurved, anthers yellow.
Note : A somewhat resembling plant, collected by Ph. Richaud in northern SA, is sometimes wrongly distributed as C. pseudohemisphaerica : Crassula spec.

Distribution : Sud de la Namibie, Afrique du Sud (Cap-Nord, nord du Cap-Occidental).
Description (par E. van Jaarsveld dans IHSP, 2003) :
Plante modérément ramifiée, retombante à érigée, formant de petits groupes de 20 cm de haut au moment de la floraison.
Racines fibreuses.
Feuilles 8 – 45 x 10 – 50 mm, plates, en quatre rangées, obovales à orbiculaires, fortement imbriquées et formant un corps globulaire, vertes à vert-jaunâtre, tachetées, marges ciliées et pointe arrondie.
Inflorescence thyrse terminal allongé comportant de nombreux dichasia, pédoncule atteignant 25 cm.
Fleurs : Sépales oblongs-triangulaires, jusqu'à 3 mm, corolle jaunâtre, tubulaire, atteignant 5 mm, pétales brièvement soudés à la base, de 4 mm de long, oblongs-oblancéolés, s'écartant et se recourbant, anthères jaunes.

Note : Une plante ressemblante, collectée par Philippe Richaud au nord de l'Afrique du Sud, est distribuée quelque fois sous le faux nom de C. pseudohemisphaerica : Crassula spec.
