Short description : “Stem short; leaves dense, cuneiform, beautifully imbricated, obtuse at the apex; colour brilliant green, tipped with red.”

In view of the obtuse leaf tips the parentage seems somewhat doubtful. 

None of the plants circulating with this name has "brilliant green" leaves, So they are impostors and have to be renamed.
