“This attractive selection was made by John Bleck of Goleta, California from open-pollinated, but apparently selfed seed of E. ‘Perl von Nürnberg’. Like its mother, E. ‘Son of Pearl’ is sure to be sought after for its rich opalescent colour. The plants tend to be rather brittle, so some leaf-loss should be excepted despite careful packing for shipment, but these leaves may be readily propagated. Rooted cuts of HBG 82600.”
