Description :

 

Rosettes ca. 3.5 cm wide, 2 – 5 cm high.

 

Leaves flattened-subulate, 8 – 15 mm long, 3 – 5 mm wide, 2 – 2.5 mm thick, farinose, apex slightly reddened.

 

Inflorescences one or two per rosette, erect to decumbent, unbranched, 12 – 15 cm long, basal 4 – 5 cm lacking flowers, bracts similar to leaves, 7 – 10 mm long, ca. 2 mm wide.

 

Flowers 9 – 11 per cincinnus, ca. 17 mm wide, petals rotate with somewhat recurving apices, apical 2 – 3 mm entirely reddish-brown, rest of petal reddish-brown-dotted, stamens recurving.
