Distribution : South-western Turkey; metamorphic rocks, ± 1300 m; known from the type only.

 

 

Description (according to IHSP, 2003) :

 

Rosettes 3 - 4 cm in diameter.

 

Leaves ovate to oblong-lanceolate, carinate, glabrous or with few stiff hairs on the keel, green to brownish-purple, 15 - 20 x ± 10 mm, margins with dense straight cilia 1 - 2 mm long.

 

Flowering branches with glandular-pubescent leaves with few stiff hairs below.

 

FIowers 9- to 11-merous, 2 - 3 cm in diameter, sepals ovate, ± 2 mm, petals greenish-white, ± 10 mm.
